There is a popular expression that says that "you
are what you eat" and at mare-mar we think
that this is not too far from the truth.
In accordance with this conviction and with
great respect for the environment (which is our
farming area) we have selected the best food
for our fish.
In conjunction with the Polytechnic
University of Valencia we have created
a quality control programme for the food we
use in our farms. This programme runs alongside
the one we already have in place with respect
to our young fish. It constitutes an additional
means of monitoring the feeding process. |
